ITS JUNO ("JUNO," "we," "us," or "our") operates the JUNO platform at itsjuno.ai and app.itsjuno.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.

  • Business information (brand details, product information, brand voice and messaging preferences)

Information from Connected Platforms

Facebook / Meta:

When you connect your Facebook account through our platform, we access the following data through the Meta Marketing API:

  • Ad account information (account ID, account name, currency, timezone)
  • Ad campaign data (campaign names, statuses, budgets, performance metrics)
  • Ad creative data (ad names, thumbnails, copy, targeting parameters)
  • Ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, ROAS)
  • Business Page information (page name, page ID)

We access this data solely to provide our funnel building, analytics, and optimisation services. We do not access your personal Facebook profile information beyond what is required for authentication.

Shopify:

When you connect your Shopify store, we access:

  • Product catalogue data (product names, descriptions, images, prices, variants, inventory)
  • Order data (order details, revenue, shipping costs, discount codes applied)
  • Customer data (limited to what is necessary for conversion tracking and attribution — we do not access or store sensitive customer payment information)
  • Store settings (currency, shipping rates, tax configuration)

We access this data solely to build and optimise your funnels, track conversions, calculate True Profit ROAS, and provide analytics.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, session duration)
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (used for session management and analytics via PostHog)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the JUNO platform
  • Build and optimise post-click funnels for your advertising campaigns
  • Generate AI-powered funnel recommendations based on your ad library and brand information
  • Calculate and display True Profit ROAS and other performance metrics
  • Track conversions and attribute sales to specific funnels and ad campaigns
  • Send conversion events to Facebook via the Conversions API (CAPI) on your behalf
  • Provide customer support
  • Send service-related communications
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or your business data.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, PostHog for analytics, Clerk for authentication, Fivetran for data synchronisation)
  • Facebook / Meta — conversion event data sent via CAPI on your behalf, as part of the advertising optimisation service you have authorised
  • Legal authorities if required by law, regulation, or legal process

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are only permitted to use your data as necessary to provide their services to us.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Connected platform data (Facebook ad data, Shopify order data) is retained while your account is active and the relevant platform connection is maintained. You can disconnect a platform at any time, and we will cease accessing new data from that platform.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Secure token management for third-party API connections
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Regular security reviews

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent

Facebook Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all data obtained through your Facebook connection by:

  1. Disconnecting your Facebook account within the JUNO platform
  2. Contacting us at support@itsjuno.ai with a data deletion request
  3. Using Facebook's app settings to remove JUNO's access (Settings → Apps and Websites → JUNO → Remove)

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete all Facebook-sourced data within 30 days and provide you with a confirmation code to verify the deletion.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We use analytics cookies (via PostHog) to understand how the platform is used and to improve our services. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in Australia and the United States. If you access our services from outside these regions, your data may be transferred to and processed in these locations. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

JUNO is a business-to-business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
