These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JUNO platform operated by ITS JUNO ("JUNO," "we," "us," or "our") at itsjuno.ai and app.itsjuno.ai. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

JUNO is an AI-powered post-click funnel platform for e-commerce brands. We provide tools to build, test, and optimise landing pages, product pages, and cart experiences for paid advertising campaigns, with integrated analytics and profit attribution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Platform Services

JUNO provides the following services:

  • AI-powered funnel generation (landing pages, product pages, and cart experiences)
  • Integration with Facebook/Meta advertising platforms for ad data synchronisation and conversion tracking
  • Integration with Shopify for product catalogue synchronisation and order tracking
  • A/B testing and experimentation tools
  • True Profit ROAS analytics and attribution
  • Brand Kit management for consistent AI-generated content

Third-Party Platform Connections

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Facebook/Meta and Shopify. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms:

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, terms, or availability that may affect the functionality of our integrations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
  • Use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent
  • Use the platform to create misleading or deceptive advertising
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform through automated means
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The JUNO platform, including its software, design, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by ITS JUNO and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the platform, including brand assets, ad creatives, product information, and business data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

AI-Generated Content

Funnels, copy, and other content generated by JUNO's AI tools are provided for your use in connection with the platform. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it goes live.

7. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are as described on our pricing page or as agreed in your service agreement
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to share business data with our platform
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws (including the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR where applicable) in relation to customer data processed through JUNO funnels
  • You must ensure that your use of JUNO's conversion tracking and analytics tools complies with applicable advertising and privacy regulations

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific advertising performance results, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
  • The accuracy of AI-generated content, analytics, or recommendations
  • Continued availability of third-party platform integrations

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITS JUNO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITS JUNO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you provide to the platform
  • Your advertising campaigns and funnel content

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

  • You may cancel your account through the platform settings or by contacting support@itsjuno.ai
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where practicable

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will cease
  • We will retain your data for 90 days to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted
  • Any outstanding fees remain payable
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13)

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. General

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ITS JUNO regarding your use of the platform
  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
  • We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
